Yesterday morning the Carnival Miracle smashed into the dock at Port Zante in St. Kitts.
None of the over 2,000 passengers aboard the Miracle were injured, but pics of the ship show some rather extensive damage - a 15 foot long gash in the side of the ships hull.
UPDATE, Friday, 11:30 AM ET: Carnival says it has repaired the damage to the Carnival Miracle, and the ship has set sail for Fort Lauderdale. The line says the ship is expected to arrive at its home port at 12:00 noon on Sunday, about four hours late.
