Now here's a fantastic cruise! Machu Picchu has been on my bucket list for the longest - Sue
SeaDream Yacht Club introduces a seven-day cruise on the Upper Amazon River in 2013.
The voyage sails on March 16-23 - roundtrip from:
Iquitos, Peru, March 16 to 23. Amazon cruise ports include Leticia, Colombia; Panelas, Jutai, Santo Antonio do Ica and Amatura, Brazil; Monkey Island, Colombia; and Pebas, Peru.
This particular cruise offers a bonus with local experts - including: naturalists, a botanist, a historian and an expedition leader.
The local experts will accompany cruise guests on complimentary Zodiac safaris, village walks, jungle treks, and provide daily lectures and presentations.
And if that's not exciting enough, SeaDream is offering a land program to Machu Picchu which can be added either before or after the cruise.
