Celebrity Solstice Debuts in December

When Celebrity Solstice debuts in December, cruisers will be treated to a total of 10 restaurants, all with different themes and cuisines.

Solstice’s dining venues will include the two-level Grand Epernay, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner; Tuscan Grille, bringing the Old World charm of Italy onboard; Silk Harvest, for Asian cuisine; and the Oceanview Cafe and Grill, a casually chic European environment with a rotating menu based on the destination the ship is visiting. There will also be a bistro specializing in crepes, and a cafe and gelateria.

For spa enthusiasts, Solstice will offer Blu, whose food is categorized as “clean cuisine.” The venue is intended for guests booked in the ship’s AquaClass accommodations, but will be open to other passengers on a space-available basis.

A holdover from the Celebrity Century ship will be Murano, a blend of classic and modern Continental cuisine, from spice-roasted duck to pan-seared turbot.
